TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

The following terms & conditions apply to general hire of vehicles. |

1. PAYMENTS |
|
All reservations must be paid for in full prior to travel.
A booking will not be considered as confirmed, until payment has been made in full.
WEDDINGS require $300 to $600 deposit (depending on vehicle), with the balance paid 1 month prior to wedding date.

2. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING – SEDANS |
|
Cancellation of booking within 48hrs of booked pickup time = NO REFUND
Cancellation outside of 48hrs of booked pickup day/time= FULL REFUND less $220 cancellation fee
|
3. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING – STRETCH LIMOUSINES & MUSCLE CARS |
|
GENERAL HIRE:
Cancellation of booking within 31 days booked pickup time = NO REFUND
Cancellation outside of 31days of booked pickup day/time= FULL REFUND less $220 cancellation fee
WEDDING HIRE:
Any booking cancelled within 3 months of booked hire date: NO REFUND of any monies paid.
Any booking cancelled outside of 3 months of booked hire date = NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT, however refund of any balances paid will be given.

4. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING BY STAFF |
|
We reserve the right to Cancel any booking at any time,. Should the driver deem necessary, with NO REFUND. We will not tolerate illegal activities, abuse, excessive obnoxious behaviour, underage drinking, excessively drunk behaviour, or any position where the driver and/or vehicle is put into a situation of being harmed or abused, or expected to operate illegally – e.g – over loading vehicle.

5. VEHICLE CAPACITY |
|
The total number of passengers is not to exceed the amount as stated on your invoice. Your driver will not overload the car, and by asking him to do so is asking him to operate illegally.

6. HIRE OVERRUN / EXTRA TIME |
|
Extra time (time taken past the booked time ) is chargeable in 15minute increments of the standard hourly rate.
Extra time is also subject to vehicle availability, and we reserve the right to not offer any extra time on the day of hire.

7. CHILD SEATING |
|
All children under 7 years old MUST be in appropriate child seating (i.e booster seat).
All babies must be in appropriate Forward or Rearward Facing Seat.
You must notify us of your intentions of any children travelling in vehicles at time of making booking. Surcharge applies for baby seats, (boosters no charge). Seating is ONLY to be fitted by our staff.

8. DAMAGES |
|
Any damages to vehicles as a direct result of passengers neglect or mistreatment of vehicles is to be paid for by the HIRER (HIRER is the person whom has made the booking or provided credit card details as surety). This includes any damages, theft or abuse to vehicle either inside or out. Missing glasses will be charged for. Cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
